Terms of service

These terms govern shipments handled by U&U International LLC (“UU Shipping”).

1. Quotes & estimates

Quotes and duty figures are estimates. Final charges depend on actual weight/measurement at intake and duty assessed by Ghana Customs (GRA).

2. Prohibited items

You must not tender prohibited or restricted items (see our prohibited list). We may reject, dispose of, or report such items.

3. Liability & insurance

Without purchased insurance, liability is limited per shipment. Insurance covers declared value subject to our policy.

4. Duties & taxes

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the nominated payer (sender or consignee) and are payable before release.

5. Storage

Free storage applies for a limited period; a daily fee accrues thereafter. Uncollected goods may be subject to auction after notice.

6. Delivery

We make up to three delivery attempts, after which goods are held for collection at the hub.
