For safety and to comply with US export and Ghana customs rules, we cannot ship the following.
If your shipment contains any of these, it may be rejected at intake and flagged as an exception. When in doubt, ask us first.

| lithium batteries (loose) | hazmat | Loose/damaged cells; installed batteries limited. |
| live animals | livestock | Not accepted on any service. |
| perishable food (unpreserved) | perishable | Fresh produce, raw meat without arrangement. |
| drones (unregistered) | restricted | May require Ghana CAA clearance. |
| pornographic material | restricted | Prohibited by Ghana customs. |
| prescription drugs (bulk) | restricted | Requires documentation; bulk not accepted. |
| tobacco (commercial quantity) | restricted | Duty/permit required; limits apply. |
